The booking process

At the time of booking, a non-refundable fee of £10 is payable for the appointment. You will be given a 45-minute appointment slot at your convenience and available times will be shown on our booking engine. The £10 fee covers the 45-minute appointment and is also redeemable against the dress you choose to hire.

Attending your appointment

Have a browse: Have a look at our collection on our website before your appointment to ensure we have the right styles for you.
Read the directions: Our studio is located in a rural area in Co. Down – double check those directions!
Take shapewear: Feel free to bring shapewear so you can feel your most confident in our dresses.
Take high heels: Everything looks better when you’ve got your heels on! Bring some along for trying on.
Confirm your appointment: We will send a 48-hour booking reminder ahead of your appointment. Please confirm your attendance in advance.
No makeup or fake tan: Please don’t wear any makeup or fake tan to your appointment as it could stain our dresses.

Cancelled Appointments & No-Shows

If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, the £10 booking fee is non-refundable. You can read our full cancellation policy here.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you cannot make your appointment for a genuine reason, we are happy to reschedule it for you, however the appointment fee is not refundable. You can read our full refund policy here.
